Lilly Broadcasting is proud to announce the television return of longtime meteorologist Tom DiVecchio on Erie News Now.

DiVecchio joined the station's First Warning Weather team Thursday during its morning newscast Erie News Now Sunrise.

With decades of experience forecasting Northwestern Pennsylvania’s ever-changing weather, DiVecchio is a trusted, familiar face to viewers across the region. His deep local knowledge, steady on-air presence, and strong ties to the Erie community make this one of the most exciting homecomings in Erie News Now history.

“I worked with Tom 30 years ago at WSEE and it is wonderful to have him home on Erie News Now,” said John Christianson, chief executive officer of Lilly Broadcasting. “His love for the community and deep weather knowledge will resonate with our viewers for years to come.”

DiVecchio's return brings even more strength to the award-winning Erie News Now Sunrise team, joining the legendary duo of Mark Soliday and Traci Teudhope—a team that Erie viewers have relied on to start their mornings informed and connected.

Whether it's lake-effect snow, spring rains, or summertime storms, viewers can once again count on DiVecchio’s calm, confident forecasting.
