Erie Police have charged a fourth suspect in connection to the fifth and final homicide of 2024, in the city.

Police charge 18-year-old Cire Brown-House with a number of charges, including criminal homicide. Also charged in the case are Jahmeir Bibbs and JaMarion Boone, both 17, and 18 year old Mar-Tavion Thompson.

Police accuse the four teenagers of being involved in a drive by shooting, that killed 17 year old Armoni Cantu.

Another teen was injured in the shooting, which happened on December 17 near West 31st and Liberty Streets.

Police say it started as an altercation at Erie High School. Thompson and Bibbs, who is charged as an adult, are in custody.

Arrest warrants have been issued for both Brown-House and Boone.
