Sometimes landing the job is just the start of the process. Employees often need need to prove they are fit to work before starting the job.

Sometimes that requires drug and alcohol testing along with functional testing. It can also mean taking courses or working towards certificates. One of those employers could be in the oil and gas industry, or the Alaska State Department of Transportation.
