Bearcats have that winning feeling

All season long in conference play the Bearcats have more or less been in every game, just one or two possessions away from victory only to, more often than not, fall short by the final buzzer. Wednesday against Vermont proved the exact opposite.
The Bearcats saw a four point deficit at the half turn quickly into ten points, but this time they stormed back and took the lead late and held on to win 57-55. After having such heartbreak all year, it's good for the team to get a win in a close game.
"The importance of the win is probably being able to finish because you can't just keep coming close, keep coming close, keep coming close and not win any games," said Tommy Dempsey. "Then, you start feeling like you can't win. As you head towards the end of the season and you start to build a little momentum, a win like [Wednesday], we'll probably be in a couple close games whether it's the next couple games of the playoffs, it is nice to have that winning feeling."
