Two Binghamton Men Facing Felony Drug Charges

Two Binghamton men are facing felony drug charges after police say they confiscated 167 bags of heroin, powder cocaine, a loaded Cobra 380 handgun and $567 dollars of suspected drug money from from a room on North Street in the Town of Union.

30 year old Jason Lopez and 23 year old Rayshawn Torres have both been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lopez is facing several other charges including criminal possession of a weapon and rape.
Both men are being held in the Broome County jail without bail.
