Day three of jury selection continued Monday for the third murder trial of Cal Harris, with four more jurors selected to serve on the 12 person jury.

Harris is charged with second degree murder in the alleged killing of his estranged wife Michele Harris in September of 2001.

Harris has been twice convicted, with both convictions overturned.

This past Thursday, four jurors were selected: two men and two women.

On Friday, only one man and one woman were selected.

Three more jurors were selected today in the first round of questioning, and by the time court adjourned at 7 Monday night, another juror had been picked.

This brings the total to ten out of twelve jurors (five men and five women) selected in the past three days of jury selection.

Due to weather, jury selection has been cancelled for Tuesday, but will resume on Wednesday.
