Some Young Women Were Arrested on Drug Charges And More In Your Crime Wrap

Pennsylvania State Police have released surveillance photos of a suspect they say robbed a bank with a fake bomb.
Police say the suspect robbed an NBT Bank in Great Bend Tuesday afternoon just before 2.
The suspect allegedly produced a soft-sided cooler he claimed to be a bomb, but it turned out to be a fake.
The suspect is a white male, 6'0"-6'2" with a stalky build and scruffy facial hair. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black sweatshirt, black pants and gloves. He left in a white four-door car with unknown New York plates.

Delaware County Sheriffs arrested Sean Dingle, a 31-year-old of Binghamton and Queens, New York for possessing and selling a quantity of heroin in Town of Sidney this year.
This comes after a five month investigation by members of the Delaware County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigation Division and other crime fighting groups locally.
Also, a couple of young women from Upstate New York have been hit with drug charges. Yesterday, New York State Police pulled over 25-year-old Britney Fraser along with her passenger, 21-year-old Ashley Harty, on state route 7 in Town of Oneonta.
Fraser had reportedly failed to stop for approaching traffic. However, police say Fraser was discovered to have had a suspended license and they say she had half of a narcotic pill. Harty was said to be in possession of over four grams of marijuana as well as small amounts of heroin and cocaine.
Both are hit with charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
