A 20-year-old man is in critical condition tonight after a two-vehicle car crash.


The crash happened around 10:30 Sunday morning in Sullivan County on Route 17 East just before exit 94.

According to New York State Police, one car rear-ended another resulting in the car hitting the guardrail and falling into the ravine.


Responding agencies included New York State Police and Roscoe Fire Department.


The man in the car that hit the guardrail was transported by ambulance to Casper Regional with traumatic head injuries.


No names have been released and the investigation is ongoing.
