Endicott Man Convicted on Charges Related a 2013 Incident in the Village

An Endicott man has been found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal mischief. It's related to an incident that took place in the Village on March 2nd, 2013.

Police say 37 year old David Stacconi was hiding in a vehicle that he forced his way into while it was parked outside a local tavern. When the vehicle owner and her friend discovered him, police say Stacconi displayed a box cutter to the friend and then ran from the vehicle.

He's being held in the Broome County jail and is scheduled to be sentenced on April 14th.
