The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a * Flash Flood Watch for portions of central New Jersey...northern New Jersey...and northwest New Jersey...including the following areas...in central New Jersey...Mercer. In northern New Jersey... Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren. In northwest New Jersey...Hunterdon. * From Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. * Showers and thunderstorms will develop ahead of and with the passage of a cold front Thursday night through Friday morning. Rain will be heavy at times. Widespread rainfall totals will range from 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts. * Flash flooding is possible during this time. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
