Police: Binghamton Man had 130 Bags of Heroin

A Binghamton man is under arrest after police say he had 130 bags of heroin. On Wednesday police executed a warrant at 44 Louisa Street where they say they found the heroin, a digital scale, and a small amount of marijuana.

45-year-old Stefan Mills is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Mills is in the broome county jail without bail.
