B-Sens enjoy that home cooking

"There's no place like home," Dorothy Gale knows it, and so do the B-Sens. This year, despite many ups and downs, Binghamton is 13-9-4-1 at the Floyd L. Maines Veterals Memorial Arena and play five of their next eight games on home ice.

"It's always good having home games especially here," said B-Sens goalie Peter Mannino. "I've played against Binghamton, it's hard to play here, you want to take advantage of it. It's a little tighter rink, got some fast offensive guys that can put that fear into teams that come in here and hopefully we can take advantage of it and win those home games."

"Less travel is just a little easier on the body, but right now I feel like we've played really well on the road just like we've played well at home," said B-Sens Head Coach Luke Richardson. "It's always nice being at home. You're in your own bed, you get to eat, and the little extra perks that help but, we're just confident in the way we're playing anywhere right now."

The B-Sens host Hershey for the final time this season, Friday night at 7:00.
