Peaks at the pump! Have you noticed a rise in gas prices lately?

According to Fuel gage report at AAA, the national average price for regular unleaded gasoline has increased for 28 consecutive days.

That totals out to be 27 cents more per gallon, which is the longest streak of rising prices since last spring.

The national average price for regular unleaded gasoline is $2.41.

Here in New York the average is a little higher than the national, ringing in at $2.56 for regular.

AAA says you can save money on gas by doing things like keeping your tires inflated, driving the speed limit and keeping your vehicle up to date on maintenance.
