Village of Hancock Restaurant Catches Fire

Delaware County Sheriff's officials say Little Italy II restaurant in the village of Hancock caught fire just after midnight Sunday morning.

Officials say several agencies including Hancock Fire department responded to the scene on West Main Street.

Several residents were evacuated by police because of the fire.
Police say they have arrested Joseph Ryder, 45 for refusing to evacuate.
