Police Seize Over 100 Packets of Heroin From Endicott Residence

An Endicott man is facing drug charges after police say they seized 103 packets of heroin from his residence.

Police executed a search warrant at 37 year old Reginald Parker's West Main Street apartment in the village and seized heroin, packaging material and a digital scale. He's been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia. He's being held in the Broome County jail without bail.
