Police: Binghamton Man Arrested for Heroin Possession and Sale

A Binghamton man is under arrest after police say he was in possession of heroin, and also selling it.

56-year-old Jose Padron faces a couple charges, including criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony. Investigators executed a search warrant at Padron's Carhart Avenue residence and found heroin. Through further investigation police say it was also discovered that Padron sold heroin to another person. Padron is in the Broome County Jail without bail.
