Binghamton Man Charged with Third DWI After Traffic Stop

A Binghamton man with two previous DWI convictions is now facing his third DWI charge.

37-year-old Johnnie D Barnett is charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawfully possessing marijuana. Police stopped Barnett on Murray Street in Binghamton for speeding and determined that he was driving intoxicated and unlawfully possessed two grams of marijuana. Barnett is facing a felony charge because of his two previous DWI convictions within the last ten years.
