Survey Shows CEO Optimism Hits High

According to a Siena College survey,CEO confidence hits it's highest point in eight years.
In the 8th annual Upstate New York Business Leader Survey, 32% of Upstate CEO's say that they plan to increase their workforce in 2015.That percentage is up from 28% a year ago.
Those hiring plans are starting to look much closer to the pre recession rate of 36%.
Though hiring plans are becoming more aggressive, 71% of CEO's say that the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare is negatively affecting their businesses, and are calling for it's repeal.
