Police: Three Arrests in Marathon in Connection to Manufacture of Meth

Published:
A Marathon woman and two Cortland men are facing charges after police say they discovered components used to manufacture methamphetamine at a residence in the Town of
Marathon.

It started out as a traffic stop yesterday when Cortland County Sheriff's pulled over 32-year-old Rebecca Quail on Route 11 in the Village of Marathon to investigate possible drug activity in a motor vehicle. Further investigation led officers to 857 Jennings Road in the Town of Marathon, where police say they found 46-year-old Michael T. Rogers and 19-year-old Leslie J. Radcliffe with components used for manufacturing meth.

Both Radcliffe and Rogers are being held, while Quail was issued a ticket to appear back in Marathon Court on February 4th.
