MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Family and friends of a teenager killed while on his way to Summerfest three years ago are carrying on his legacy.
Jared Kellner was 15 when a concrete panel fell from a parking garage in Milwaukee, killing him and injuring two others.
At a vigil Monday, people who knew Kellner pledged to continue his goal of making the world a better place, by starting an anti-bullying campaign.
"He lived and breathed with us. His love was unconditional, wanting the world to be a better place and being there for other people," said Jared's mother, Dawn Kellner.
Kellner would have graduated from high school this year.
