    Subway riders can now get cellphone and Wi-Fi service at another 40 underground stations, bringing the total to 76, officials said Thursday. Transit Wireless, which is installing the necessary equipment, will have all 277 underground stations wired for sound and data by 2017, company CEO William Bayne said.The new batch of plugged-in stations is composed of 11 stops in Manhattan and 29 in Queens.
